High School Transition

Ages 18-21

As your son or daughter nears the end of high schoo, you may be asking, “What’s next?”

Our high school transition program offers a variety of choices for students who want to sample adult services in the community.

Students may choose to participate in any combination of these programs:

We open our doors to students while they are still in high school so they can get a sense of the adult services that are provided in their community after they graduate.
